This is a terrible company. They were so nice until I signed the contract. Two weeks after signing the contract they had not taken any pictures or posted it on any website. After being told someone would come take pictures I did not hear from anyone for a week and not called back when I left messages. I finally got back in touch with Carol "vice pres." and let her know that I wanted to cancel the contract. She then proceeded to tell me "I couldnt have done anything with your condo anyway". She told me up front MTC had so many properties they manage and now I know why most of them are still up for rent. Beware!!!

We leased a house from MTC. It was a horrible experience. Take a look at Merchant circle and yahoo, and you will see several bad reviews. They are awful. The house was filthy upon arrival. We found broken windows, insects, food, and even dog toe nail clippings, and this is a 1725/month house on Poplar Pike (Germantown). We turned in a list of needed repairs, they have not been done since Novemeber. They have come in and on our property without permission repeatedly. I had to file police reports and serve them with papers. The house is not well insulated, we asked if it had led paint and were told "I don't know". This is a federal disclosure requirement. They are rude when we call, and they have done nothing but make this experience terrible. We also pay for biweekly yard care in the rent. This has been done one time. They are a horrible company, and since they are very uneducated people, they don't even care. Just don't work with them, you'll be glad you stayed away!

These people are a piece of work. Called to get them to give info to mortgage co. for construction loan and was told it would be $10 and they wouldn't give the info until I drove to the other side of town and paid them. We asked to speak to the boss(Carol), and she said "I don't have time for this, I'll just pay your stupid $10. We weren't asking her for a freebie, just to be able to send it in with the rent, (which we pay on time). She spoke to my wife like she was a piece of you know what. Never would I rent from then again.
