Firestone treated me with the importance that I expect (but don't always receive w/ some companies) They understand that time is a major issue for their customers & when they quoted me a time frame, they stuck to it. There were no hidden fees & everything was explained to me up front. I am very pleased w/ this company. Another BIG plus, is an interactive website that you can plug in your make & model of auto & receive a quote- so you can have an idea what is in store, before you go in.
