I had several problems with my Pioneer receiver and all were repaired as promised. People at counter are very nice and listen to your concerns.

found this place after being put through the "mill" by two other repair shops. i really liked the way i was treated by them, very polite and explained everything to me before repair was done.

Nicest service people ever.

These people came to my home to pick up my broken TV. The two men were very nice and professional, I was impressed with how they pampered my TV when loading it on the truck.

I've used other repair services prior to this time but none even came close to the refreshing experience of good customer service shown by these guys.

Called about replacing a dlp lamp. Woman on phone said they would not use a lamp I bought myself, nor would she price quote for one of their own lamps and replacement cost. You get the feeling these places don't like the fact bulbs are only $100 now on ebay so the days of the $300+ replacement are nearing to an end.

These people were very nice and professional. I could not find anyone else to repair my digital camcorder and was happy I was referred to them.
