Got BMW ??

The owner, John, is a very knowledgeable and HONEST technician and has factory training as well. The BMWdealer in Memphis, Roadshow?, are full of bozos who know nothing about diagnosing a problem with a car other than hooking it up to a computer for it to tell them what's wrong with it. These guys at Alpine know their stuff and are not ripoff artists either. They have a longtime loyal clientele. On one occasion, we had a problem with our car and we were out of state, the local technicians told us we had some complicated and expensive problem, we called John back in Memphis who originally repaired the vehicle, and he said there was no way our car would need what the out of state mechanics stated, John voluntered to fly out to check out our car himself because he did the prior work !....long story, the car was fine and John saved us thousands of dollars....now that's a man who knows his stuff...and knows his work !

John, his office manager Denise, and all of the mechanics are top notch. Honest, helpful, and they have a great attitude toward their customers!

i have done business with these guys over the last couple of years and i have been happy overall. i have a 740i and john seems very knowledgeable about my car. i would recommend.

Only BMW shop in town you need to know about

There are only a few to trust your BMW with and you can forget about the others once you've done business with Alpine. BMW's are expensive to maintain but at Alpine at least you can be sure you really need what they are you telling you you do. Can't say that for the others.
