Yucatan Especial es no especial...

Worst meal I have ever encountered in a Mexican restaurant so far in my life. My wife had the Enchiladas Cancún, and it too was horrible. The service was decent, but my glass was empty for over 3 minutes. Overall a terrible dining experience not recommended to anyone.
I will NEVER eat there again! by Anonymous O. at InsiderPages

You know the phrase 3 strikes and you're out? Well, that's exactly how many times it took to make me hate the place. Here's a quick summary of my experiences there:
1) My first time there it seemed like no matter what me and my boyfriend ordered, they just couldn't seem to get the orders right.
2) Next time my boyfriend and I sat outside. The food was great, except for the little friends who decided to join us. That's right - ROACHES, and lots of them.
3) Don't ask me why I returned one more time, but this one took the cake. We were waited on by a gentleman who barely served us, had to return our orders 3 times to finally get them right, and in the end copped an attitude.
So that's it. If roaches and food that is served to you wrong sounds great, then be my guest.

If you have not been here lately, it is time to revisit it! GREAT FOOD! Whether you count calories, or NOT, it has a good selection from salads to soups, to BEANS! Service was good too! Manager came around and checked on diners. This is like a mexican grill. Down to earth NOT taco chain at all!
- Pros: Great place to take people from California! They enjoy it too!!
- Cons: Can't reserve table next to you for people with well behaved children... Wild ones get mine stirred up!

Simply put ? NASTY
- Pros: farily good corner location in East Mem/Germantown
- Cons: just about everything imaginable
"nothing "cozy" here"

Let's put it this way.....this is horrific Mexican, they precook chicken and use a holding warmer (an incubator)...the fresh "arrived" at the table before the actual dish did...it was awful...the place has the nerve to have a "best of the best" CitySearch sticker on the outside door....somebody must be kidding, this place has gross food....that's the real deal
Fresh from the Yucatan, this Mexican restaurant offers grilled meats, margaritas, and energetic mariachi.

The Scene
Cozymel's feedsack-lined ceiling, hanging fishnets, and copious baskets of green peppers, tomatoes, onions, and chilies can come off as pretentious, but the food is excellent. Fast service and loud mariachi music make for a festive, high-energy experience. Margaritas are available in every color of the rainbow.
The Food
Traditional favorites are offered here, from enchiladas and burritos to flautas and tacos. Grilled chicken, fish and steak come with dollops of sour cream and corn-flecked red rice and black beans. Appetizers include mouthwatering cheese quesadillas. The rich green guacamole is the real deal.
Dish to Die For
Try the sizzling steak or chicken fajitas, topped with guacamole.
