My husband and I were in Memphis from Aug 9-18 and on our anniversary on the 13th, visited Rafferty's on Winchester. We were greeted by Mohammad who was our waiter and when he found out it was our anniversary, he took care of everything. The food was excellent, the service was superb. Our prime rib had almost NO fat on it, and presentation was fantastic. We definitely would return when in Memphis again...and will try other Rafferty's in our travels.
Pros: Good value, Convenient parking, Great server

The staff is courteous and friendly. The buffet is not maintained like it should by. Some of the food is dried out on the buffett. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

this place has the best salads and burgers in memphis, no one else is even close, i'v been here for ten years. the salad dressings are from scratch. great place for a date or to hang with friends during happy hours. chilie's anf tgif cant compare.
