Nova Copy for Excellent Customer Service. Excellent Customer Service by Goodwill Homes Head Start at Citysearch Our company has just leased a Konica Minolta C280 from Nova Copy. This machine has brought us into the 21st Century. The experience has been great. The salesman, Conner Townsend, was very accommodating and patient with us (and trust me patience was needed). He was easily accessible which made the process much easier. The technical support people are also wonderful. Cut our costs nearly in half!. This company came into our business about 4 months ago and WOW what a difference. They significantly cut our costs not only in leasing but also in toner for many of our printer locations. The sales rep was knowledgeable and resourceful, the service department is top notch and VERY responsive. Every question or criticism that we've had has been met and dealt with in such a timely fashion the only thing we have left to say is "WOW".
