This guy screens his phone calls and never returns your calls when you beg him to call you back in serious situations. I have been moved out for 45+ days and have yet to receive my deposit back from the house I rented from him. I have left several messages on his voicemail and he has yet to get back to me. The only way to get his attention is to threaten to NOT pay rent.
