I have worked with many plastic surgeons before I retired after thirty years as a registered nurse in surgery. I respect and admire Dr. Efird and his work performances.(I cant say that about some surgeons!!) Dr. Efird cares about his work and his patients. I personally would recommend him to my family, friends, and anyone else who might want a referral.

I am a patient of Dr. Efird here in Memphis, TN. He performed surgery on my eyes and I have also been treated by Sandra Horn, his nurse. He did an excellent job and the results far exceeded my expectation. He is a very caring and concerned individual and I look forward to obtaining future services from him. Don't think your surgeon has to be part of a large group in order to be one of the best. Office size is an indivual option, Dr. Efirds caters to a more personal service.

Dr. Efird is one of the superior surgeons in the area. I have been treated by Dr. Efird as well as my wife. We have recommended his office to family and friends. He is in touch with the best surgical treatments and wants the best results for his patients. He does not proceed with a surgery if it is not in the best interest of his patients. He is caring and talented. The clinic ran smoothly and the office visits were on time. I recommend him highly.

I have been treated by Dr. Efird and he did such a wonderful job. He was great and thought so much of the convenience of the patient. The location is great, services wonderful and what a great nurse. I have been treated by his nurse for skin care and after being treated by other offices in the area and there is no comparison. Dr Efird took his time to explain the procedure and made recommendations that obtained fantastic results. If you want the best surgeon in the greater Memphis area, I highly recommend Dr. Efird.

Pros: Office scheduling was very convenient and accomodating.

Cons: Nothing negative to say

Awesome results here.... I went in for Tummy Tuck and was so excited with how it came out.. I have been back for more... I have referred many of my friends and family. Dr. Efird is truly one of the most talented surgeons I have ever seen. Not one of my friends has had a single complaint about their experiences with this gentleman. Also would like to comment on post op care.. all my calls were returned promptly .. and my concerns were dealt with understanding and compassion.. If you are in the market for a plastic surgeon I highly recommend Dr Efird and his entire office staff.. Special mention to his nurse Sandra Horn who is also an excellent health care provider.

I had a horrible experience. I went in for a consultation for breast augmentation and lipo. The initial impression was ok except for the very "pulled" receptionist. Dr. Efird basically told me there was nothign he could do for my assymetrical breasts other than make them bigger but they would still look different. He basically talked to me like he said the same thing to every patient. THere was no individuality to my consultation. I was then ushered into a room for pictures and then to an office with a very unattentive finance person. All their price sheets were pre-printed with the amount so you know there is no individuality. I ended up going to another plastic surgeon at another clinic and got much better service and she was able to correct my assymetrical breasts. I would never recommend Dr. Efird.
