This is my third year in a wonderful Matthews Brothers built home!

This home, and all the people at Matthews Brothers, far exceeded my expectations! The people are responsive and helpful, and the quality of my home's construction is everything I could hope for. My utility bills are easily withing the manageable range, in spite of the rate increases we have learned to expect. This is my third year of blissful, safe and secure residence and my only prayer is that I never have to live anywhere else!

• Pros: Efficient and economical home, well built and attractive decor.
• Cons: Small "garden" lot; landscaping that threatens to take over everything else.
