This review is in response to “Very Unprofessional” by justright302. I have been a client of Dana Diggs for about seven years now. I was introduced to her by a friend and have been going every since. It’s unfortunate that justright302 had a bad experience during her visit. My question for justright302 is, did you sit/call Dana and express to her that you felt like she was being unprofessional with you, or did you just decide to “blast” her on City Search? Maybe The Matrix was not the appropriate salon for you. Out of the seven years I have been a client of Dana, I have always been satisfied with my hair. There have been a few times when I was there longer than I expected but it was because I was a walk in and I couldn’t be placed in front of customers with appointments. justright302, it sounds like your reason for posting this information is strictly personal and to tear down a young woman that can “whip” the heck out of hair. I have recommended several of my friends and family to visit The Matrix and haven’t heard any complaints (out of seven years). Dana and The Matrix, keep doing what you do and BE BLESSED!!!!!!!!
Pros: Very Skilled & Knowledgeable Stylists
Cons: Need Ashley back; plus snacks :-)

THe matrix rocks it like very good.....there's nothing wrong about the person above is so lying she doesn't know what she's talking about ........the whole shop is good.....she does accept walkin-ins but you have to wait until she get to you she cant skip her appointed costumer u have to wait........she will not turn down you unless it is important or she is booked so if you dont have anything to say nice dont say anything

I am writing this review because the Matrix Salon is sxxks. Dana is very unprofessional and her prices are too high especially when you have to wait all day to get your hair done. If she starts talking you can forget about getting out of there anytime soon. She cancelled my appointment at least 3 times in 3 months. She advertised that she accepts walk ins but if you call for same day service or as a walk in customer you will be turned away. You are not treated like a paying customer she acts like she is fixing your hair for free and that you owe her something.I was very unhappy with the service that I received. So please beware of the Matrix Salon unless you like to be treated like cattle.I wish that I could have given it less than 1 star.
Pros: Good Parking
Cons: Unprofessional atmosphere
