GREAT SALON & NICE PEOPLE

Really good salon for the entire family. I've used a couple of different stylist (Jenna, Kim and Naomi) and they all do GREAT cuts and color. I have long curly dry hair, so it's hard to find good stylist that don't cut "too short" or "damage" hair during a color or weave. They have a great line of hair products and really know about the products they sell.

A recent visit to the shop inspired me to write this review. I have two girls with totally different hair types; one thick and long & one thin and curly.Jenna & Naomi did great, stylish cuts for both.

Very friendly atmosphere and they don't mind if you bring the kids. they have a play area & movies.

Will defInitely use again.

• Pros: experienced, friendly stylist
• Cons: they stay pretty busy. call a week in advance, especially if you need a color.

Do not go - Really bad colorist

After seeing their website, I made an appointment with Kim since her bio said she specialized in highlights and long hair. Well, I have never had such bad highlights in my life! I could have done a better job at home. My highlights were 3 different colors including bright rusty orange. It was starting to snow just as she was finishing so I thought that was the reason she was rushing me out. She really just didn't want me to look closely at the mess she had made of my hair! The cut I received was also very poor. Once I got home and really looked at my hair I was horrified. It really looked terrible. I didn't trust Kim to try to fix it, so I paid my old salon to redo my hair. The only reason I had gone to a new place was because my hair stylist was on maternity leave and I thought anyone could highlight hair. Boy was I wrong. Their salon also looks old and dirty and I was charged more than I usually pay at an upscale salon in East Memphis. Please do not go here...............you will regret it.

Angie is awesome

Angie really did a good styling job, plus she is really sweet and sexy. She wears revealing clothing that is too tight and tries real hard to look younger than she is (mid-life crisis?), but trust me, she is a great stylist.

Great Salon!!

THis was my first visit to the salon for highlights to my hair. Lisa did an awesome job on my hair and was so personable during the entire time. SHe is an excellent stylist!! I already have another appointment to go back for a massage. If you are looking for a salon that will keep you coming back this is definitely it! All of the employees were just so welcoming. Somewhat difficult to get an appt with Lisa because she is in such high demand but its worth the wait because she is the greatest!

I enjoy myself everytime I go, whether for an appointment with my hair stylist or for a manicure/pedicure. Everyone is friendly and willing to go the extra step to ensure each patron has a wonderful experience!
