I boarded my dogs at Berryhill for the first time over Spring Break. The receptionists were all very kind and reassuring as we have never boarded our pets before. We were allowed to go back into the kennels and help get our dogs settled in. To us, this shows they have nothing to hide. They are proud of the facility. The doctor even took a moment to say hello. I never worried once while away for 5 days. Thank you Berryhill for a job well done! I'll be using you again.
Pros: Great Staff and Building

This clinic is so nice. I found them on the web and went in for a kennel tour. Everyone there is so friendly. The two little receptionists Gayle and the little short one (Laura or Lori) were some of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone truly loves animals here and I am at ease knowing my pets stay there. There is a nice doctor there too. This place is VERY big, they have it all. I'll send my friends. It's a little hard to find, but they have a map on the website, or call and they will get you there. Good job Berryhill!

This is the only boarding facility that offered to show me the units without my having to ask...and it is clear why. Each unit has both an inside and outside portion connected by a small door. Very nice. The staff are friendly and good with animals. Even my anti-social Pomeranian is good with them.
Pros: Staff, facilities and on-site care potential
Cons: A bit pricey, but reasonable considering what they provide

I boarded my dog for a week and was impressed with the facility, the staff and the doctors. My dog was very healthy and happy upon my arrival. Check in and out was streamlined. My dog received shots and a bath while there. The doctors are very caring and took time to answer all my questions. The entire staff loves animals. I will return and have had all my records transferred to Berryhill.
Pros: Great parking, great staff, new facility
