On top of the garden that is in service and the animals they keep, a few new chefs are working there and the menu has changed. So check it out. Before you post on any restaurant in the future, think about the people you are disrespecting by slandering their work. These are Americans working hard for a living, fueling the economy that is so delicate in the last decade. Lest we not forget what this country is all about.
Pros: unique menu and fresh farm product
Cons: too close to train tracks

for a train depot maybe ! How does this place stay in business. It has reinvented itself a couple of times and I'll give them credit for changing the menu a couple of times, but if you start with inferior ingredients it does not matter how many time the menu gets updated. It's a great suburban location in Germantown but a little too close to freight train tracks for an upscale or wannabe upscale restaurant and lounge. I'd scrap the concept and try something that seems to work in Memphis TN, maybe another Mexican joint or a BBQ shack. Another suggestion is to keep the owners themselves from writing positive reviews of their own restaurant on this and other sites (e.g. cs901 and michelle scott, the married owners) That seems a bit underhanded and weird.
Pros: great location except the railroad tracks
Cons: quality of foos esp. the steaks and seafood !

particularly when one of the owners (just below) has to rate his own restaurant with a great rating, that's too bad but it's telling isn't it ?

From Sarasota, everyone suggested that I must try well.. I have. While reticent to judge the quality of any rest. on three visits experience was lacking and frankly, a bit over-rated based on my experience. One good thing is the decor...it's very well done. Steak advertised as prime , but I found it lacking in tenderness, it was chewy. CrabcakeS actually were a singular cake -it was dry.Salads lacked crispness associated with nice presentation.Bread served cold .Service immature-more indicative of chain theme restaurant not a fine dining one.Mgr handled complaint extremely poorly-seems far too confrontational in re an alleged fine dining, touted Mem restaurant. B'tender on duty seemed out of element-more suited to Chili's clientele. Still trying to locate above average rest.in Mem that reflects informed taste. Had above average at an east side rest Jarrett's
Pros: w/help could be good, located in suburbia, decent wine selection
Cons: unprofessional..., arrogant mediocrity

A BUNCH OF US HAVE TRIED THIS PLACE FOR THE THIRD TIME....DON'T BOTHER...STEAKS ARE TOUGH AND HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL THEM PRIME GRADE...MAYBE SO, MAYBE NO...WE DON'T THINK SO....JUST PASS
Pros: LOCATION GOOD
Cons: BAD ATTITUDES, ARROGANT, TOO EXPENSIVE

We have had hit and miss experiences, too many misses though, too much hype no substance. We have had horse meat that was more tender than our steaks. Service was absolutely stupid acting. We may be able to put up with mediocre food, but the service fell way short. Phoney is a word that describes. No top quality here.
Pros: location, closing soon?, easy exit out
Cons: awful service, $$$, tough steaks, smelley fish

Our meal was excellent. Steaks were flavorful and the cowboy ribeye was outstanding. Salads fresh, desserts great. The grand mariner souffle was to die for. We've been several times, the service has really improved and the wine knowledge of the our server was excellent, he paired a wine with our duck and steak dinner, our guests had fish and pasta and he paired wines for them too.....they've really got their act together now....the Chef is creative and holds obviously a high standard for food they serve. We'll be back. Oh, ask for the Winners Circle if you have a party of 7 -10, great private room for entertaining.
Pros: great selection, extensive wines, flavorful food
Cons: location too far out, closed Sunday nights

My husband and I have been here just a few times since relocating from Charlotte. It depends on what you're used to but my husband's steak wasn't very tender but tasted okay, but was too expensive. I don't know what grade it was supposed to be, but didn't look/ taste l"prime". My fish smelled a little fishy/overcooked(may be a good thing. Service was okay-server seemed stressed like someone was watching every move. Not professional, but he did payattention. My husband and I get out often, and of course we travel w/ our jobs. In all, our expeiences have not been the "best" (a "10")Candidly and honestly, this place is nothing special. Where we live there seems to be nothing but chain, theme restaurants . We would be a little concerned recommending Equestria to our friends who know really good food, but we may return.
Pros: decor, variety, wine list, good location
Cons: service, attitude, quality of meat, freshness

Impeccable service, wonderful food and great atmosphere. The live lobster tank is a welcome addition as one of only two restaurants that I know of that serve fresh lobster. The desserts are to die for. We will be back.
Pros: Great Steak, Live Lobster, Incredible Desserts
