Krystals in west Memphis on Missouri street

I have been to Krystals several times in the past, but the past 3 times that I have been there has not been good. I have ordered the same thing 3 krystals NO, NO,NO, ONIONS... I repeat NO ONIONS, AND 1 APPLE PIE!!!!!!!!! . I get to work to open my bag and have all the onions that they could possibly have in the store and NO apple pie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What is the problem here. I should have checked my bag but after saying my order 4-5 times to a broke microphone or order box it should be right!!!!!

• Pros: Food is hot
• Cons: if you use the drive through, you better check it for onions and make sure that you have all the right food
