Worst experience of my life.
My experience here was horrible. I went in to my deposit on my bridesmaid dress. When i walked in all the employees were at the front of the store, but me and my mother was not acknowledged. The
owner was on the phone and the other employees were standing around trying not to look our way. The store is small so we were all literally standing in front of each other, but they were still ignoring us. When someone finally said hello (me and my mother said hello when we walked in, but no one responded) it was the cake baker. She offered us a slice of cake while we waited. While we ate our cake i noticed that the owner wasn't even on a business call. She was talking to someone about a baseball game that they were going to attend that night. I felt that was very unprofessional and rude. We were the only customers in the store so we shouldn't have had to wait 20 mins to get service.
Fast forward 2 months and the dress is back. I pay for the dress and go to try it on and realize it's the WRONG dress!! Then the owner tried to make it seem like it was my fault that she wrote down the wrong dress number. I made sure I brought in a picture of the dress, because I didn't know the dress number. We looked through the catalog to make sure i was getting the right dress and she still wrote the number down wrong. There was no compensation, no apology, nothing!! I wasn't even offered a garment bag to put the dress in. All i got was a $244 dress that I did not pick but am forced to wear. It's too late to order another dress. Never will i ever go there again and I advise anyone who values good customer service to say away also.…

One of my friends recommened me to this place... I had went to Ballew and that place was horrible! Workers didnt greet me at the door and noone really wanted to help me. But today I finally went to
All About Weddings and the owner was so helpful, patient and knowlegeable. She asked me what I was looking for and got an idea of what I liked. I tried on a few dresses and she said "I know exactly what you would love!" Brought out the dress and I FELL IN LOVE.... Bought it on the spot... and she even took off $200 off the price.

WORST BRIDAL SHOP. Don't ever step foot in this place. Some of the rudest customer service I have every receive. I was in two weddings this year and unfortunately had to step foot in this awful place 4 times. All 4 times I did not get greeted and everyone was on the phone. One time I waited 20 min to get helped. I called once to order a dress and was told over the phone by the owner that I have big hips and need a size 12 dress. (I normally order a size 6) and she has never seen me in person to make that accusation. Our whole bridal party had issues and got all the wrong sizes. They also altered the Brides dress to small and forced her to pay for it. Do whatever you need to stay away from this place and find another shop that will treat you better.…
Amazing experience.
I tend to have high expectations when it comes to service and quality when I am buying a higher ticket item, and All About Weddings exceeded my every expectation! My Mom and I went in this past
weekend to look for my wedding dress, and I was blown away by the professionalism and efforts of the staff. They were very knowledgable about the dresses and were very patient as I tried on multiple ones. I was not expecting to find "the one" so soon, but the prices, quality and service were exceptional! Everything lined up perfectly for me to buy that day! In addition, I was able to see an invitation that I found online, and I also saw several bridesmaids dresses that coordinated well with my dress.
I visited Ballew and David's a few days earlier, but All About Weddings had my dress. Ballew was comparable in selection and quality, but slightly not as organized in the way of having a "one stop shop" experience. David's was a joke. I was very surprised at the level of poor quality in the workmanship. Their staff was nice and friendly, but did not have the same level of sales knowledge. For nearly the same cost of a dress at David's, you can get a SILK gown (not polyester) that is made exceptionally well from All About Weddings.
The only drawback I can possibly see is that the store is somewhat small and can feel crampt if there are many people there. They had smaller numbers of dressing rooms (4?), so if you have a large party coming to try on bridesmaids gowns or other dresses, it may be somewhat crowded. All in all, however, I would highly recommend this store!…
