Kitchen Remodeling Experts. I have remodeled several kitchens in my life time, but never has one been as easy and fun as the project just completed by the professionals at Designer Baths and Kitchens in Germantown. It was a pleasure to work with people who know the industry so well and have such wonderful craftsmen doing the work. The design was fantastic, the work a piece of art and the nicest folks you would ever want to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodeling project.

Thanks Chad for making it such a pleasure. G and P.

Beautiful Showroom. Great products, Excellent Service.. After moving to Memphis we bought an older home in dire need of renovation. We visited each kitchen dealer in the area as we needed expert advice. After comparing the products, service and expertise of each one we chose Designer Baths and Kitchens. We made the right choice. Our kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. The staff at Designer Baths and Kitchens has become like family. They were professional, timely and thorough. We would highly recommend anyone considering bath or kitchen renovation to contact this firm. We hope to have the opportunity to work with them in the future. B & F.

Time Wasted at owners expense. You are at their mercy time wise for the work to be done. They subcontract everything out and schedule you in according to when the various workers can get to you. The plumber may have another job going even though that's what is needed before the electrician comes, there goes another week. I was told 3-4 weeks for the cabinets to come in, and 4-5 weeks for the job to be complete, the cabinets took 9 weeks and some were the wrong size, after parts were reordered, and finishing touches were made, they finally finished 1 year later. I called them to find out what and when things were going to get done, little effort was made by them to keep me on schedule. I would suggest either ordering the cabinets from them, and have your contractor do the work so that installation can be done in a timely matter. Or find a company that does it all in house.

The majority of our projects are custom designed and include specialty products that have to be special ordered. When a customer is unable to visualize the end results and changes their mind on colors, design, and products in the middle of the installation, obviously it creates considerable delay in completing the project.
