The doctors are great but the clerks are often rude. I had the appointment desk, especially Julie, be extremely rude and condescending which is not what is needed when a patient feels vulnerable. Thank goodness she is not a doctor and only handles the phones!

For the most part, my visit was a positive experience. I overheard my Dr and nurse making fun of a patient/or visitor which seemed a bit unprofessional. But, my Dr's bedside manner was excellent and he spent time answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. I only wish they would send a detailed report of my blood work to the house as my husband's Dr's office does. I was told over the phone everything was okay, but when I came for an appointment I discovered my iron level was low.
Pros: Good bedside manner
Cons: No mailed analysis
