Overcharged for a simple installation.
I recently purchased a dishwasher (same brand as the existing dishwasher) and called Ray Baker to install it. When the tech's arrived they said it would take about an hour to install it.
A local appliance store had said it would take about an hour and $135 to install it so I was expecting to spend about $150-$175.
In the end it took 1 hour and 45 minutes and cost $242 to install a $600 dishwasher! They charged $25 extra for "parts."
When I called the manager to complain that the price seemed high for a simple install, she told me that I should use a different company in the future.
