$38 estimate for Broken Camera Door. Had a broken battery door on a Nikon L100. Was told it would cost more $183 to fix - almost as much as the price of the camera. For this estimate, I was charged $38.00. Next time I'll ask more questions or go to a place with free estimates.

Nicely Surprised!. Absolutely fabulous! The repairman came and diagnosed why my TV was not working and then after questioning me, told me that I had an extended warranty. He then stayed while I called the warranty service and answered their questions and helped me file the claim! As a result I am getting a new TV, free, due to a defect covered under warranty. The serviceman was kind, courteous, and very helpful.

Fantastic TV Repair!. Totally outstanding service. Extremely thorough! Makes sure the customer is happy. Prices are more than reasonable. Customer Service is top-notch. Everyone that I spoke with was so friendly and polite. They made every attempt to explain what was wrong with the TV and what they did to repair it. You will be so happy you chose Custom Electronics to repair your TV!

The NICEST guy. Although he didn't carry the part I needed, he was more than happy to give me the names and numbers of the people who probably could. If I EVER need t.v. service, Custom will be the first call I make.

BEST TV SERVICE EVER!!. I had a kitchen fire that caused my 73" DLP Mitsubishi to not power up. I did a google search for repair shops in Bartlett area, and was impressed by the 4.5 stars, as opposed to other area repair services. My call was placed, and within moments I was called back and within 2 hours had the owner come in and do an in home diagnostic. I was extrememly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, as well as his pleasant personality and prompt diagnosis and overall service. The exceptional service he provided restored my faith in repairmen, and I will always recommend his service to anyone in the future.

Fantastic! My NAD receiver is better than ever!. I own a high-end ($800) NAD receiver that was making a buzzing-sound for about 30-minutes upon start-up. Custom repaired this pretty quickly (with about 1 week). When we took the receiver home and connected it, it was making a static-like sound on all the speakers. We took the receiver back, and Custom repaired this at no additional cost in addition to upgrading some firmware on the receiver. The receiver is now working better than ever and I am glad we got this repaired instead of just buying a new model. I'm very satisifed!

Very pleased.. I had several problems with my Pioneer receiver and all were repaired as promised. People at counter are very nice and listen to your concerns.

excellent repair shop. found this place after being put through the "mill" by two other repair shops. i really liked the way i was treated by them, very polite and explained everything to me before repair was done.

Very Helpful and Courteous!. People are very nice and friendly. Sent to them by Best Buy for my Samsung LCD to be repaired.

Nicest service people ever.. These people came to my home to pick up my broken TV. The two men were very nice and professional, I was impressed with how they pampered my TV when loading it on the truck.

I've used other repair services prior to this time but none even came close to the refreshing experience of good customer service shown by these guys.
