Con Artists!. I called on this place because I they were a repair shop as well. The repairman Wayne had once owned with his father a Maytag place on Winchester next to the old Fleming Furniture store as well. I tried 3 times to get them to come out and repair a Maytag Neptune Dryer, a $900 Bosch Dishwasher and a Whirlpool Icemaker. The first time Wayne came out to the house and inspected and told me they would order a part for the icemaker, and go back and look up the dishwasher, and he fixed the dryer. $85. When I called Maytag back again, I got the run around, the sales people didn't know what I was talking about, and I never heard back. # months later still no sign, had Waynes cell #, and he told me that the parts for the dishwasher were gonna be over $200 and close to $300 total with labor, and advised me to buy a new dishwasher. Being in sales, I know a crooked salesman when I see them. Some sales people try to take the easy way out and play on your fears. I told him that I would stick with the Bosch, just order the parts. Never heard back. Went online and ordered the parts for $117, replaced myself, and that included the icemaker in about 45 minutes. Thanks for nothing you effin losers.

Horrible ! ! ! ! !. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

IT IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND THERE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS REFLECTS IT.

We went in to this place and bought something.we were told it would be TWO WEEKS . We should have have walk out like they were crazy right then, however we didnt.

We signed on the dotted line and everything.

We were told "ok , we will call you when it comes in".

About a week later we get a call saying "we couldn't that one , you will have to come back in and look some more".keep in mind this is the one THEY TOLD US about. Its not like we went in there and said we want this one and nothing else.

We were NEVER told there was a chance of us NOT GETTING IT.however when we went back in, they acted as if we should have known we might not get it.

here look at this one and this one. Both are more expensive and you won't be saving as much but take it or leave it jackass.

got my money back and went to Sears Where They Can Price Match. Ended up getting a Newer one for around the same price !

I suggest you find another place aswell.
