Lobster, Spooks, and Trash. When we finally got our name called, we waded through an ocean of obese black folks waiting for a table and sat in a booth. Our poor server was being run ragged by all the black folks wanting "mo tea, mo butter, mo ranch dressing, mo biscuits". Unbelievable! I saw one table leave just a $5 tip and another not leave a tip at all. We ate and all was well. I felt really bad for all the servers, black and white, who had to wait on rude, demanding, inconsiderate cheap ghetto trash. It's for that very reason I'll never be back! I can't believe people like that exist.

The food was execellent but bad service...... My family and I just left the Red Lobster on Highway 64 Wolfchase area. The food was great there. However, the service was not all that great. We had a waitress that was not friendly. She did not have any communication skills at all. The staff there spoke alot of slang there as well. When the manger was told of the waitress behavior he upheld for the waitress then later tried to give our family free coupons. We paid for our food which was not problem. It was not about the free comps(for next visit) because the food was excellent ,but it was terrible service. More than likely we will take our business else where.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.. In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Slow service always!!. Food is always cold and the service is always slow. I think that this is true for the entire chain. I went to the Red Lobster in Ft. Walton Beach, FL and it was just as bad.
