Great place for dinner with your friends.. This is a franchise restaurant, so don't expect some quiet or trendy urban restaurant. Its decor is like any other franchise restaurant, over the top, gaudy, but fitting for the type of restaurant this is. This is not the place to go if you are wanting a quiet dinner, its loud, and does a fair amount of its business in liquor. That being said, they have some rather tasty menu choices. As an appetizer I would recommend the dip made with the goat cheese. Its served with toasted bread and served in roasted red bell peppers. The Chicken Santiago is an excellent dish on the more affordable side of the menu, and is served with an excellent sauce and comes with fried yucca which is very good. For desert the cheesecake is excellent. If you are looking for an intimate dinner look elsewhere, but for a fun night out with friends this is an excellent destination. Its generally very crowded, so expect a wait.

Super!. My husband and I were in Memphis for one night only and wanted to try a new restaurant! WOW!! Did we ever make a great choice!! The wait was not long for a Sat night, we ordered drinks at the outside bar, (Great bartenders!) Then made our way over to the firepit to wait for our table. Pleasant wait followed by SUPERB food. Very fast service, great atmopshere, terrific prices!! I definately recommend eating here if you are trying something new....

Very OLD REVIEWS HERE !!!. This joint is another nasty chain owned by the Oliver Garden folks...nothing fresh here, nasty fish, needlessly complex (sounding) dishes that are awful in preparation and in taste.

The bar is not bad. If you want to see a really hoping bar try the one in Orlando. This one can't compare-at all

yummy. One of my FAVORITE places to eat... you HAVE to try the coconut shrimp- it is to die for... also the pork medallions are a big favorite, very tender and delicious. Ask them to bring back the creme brulee!!! We miss it!

Editorial Review. A Caribbean theme flavors the food and decor at this busy location of a national chain.

bahama breeze best resturant in memphis. the whole theme and layout of bahama breeze is unbelivable, the food quality is outstanding, the drinks are flashy and very delisious, if you are in memphis it the best bet for dining! the reasturant is located right off the highway. the only con is that they are allways crowded and the wait is usually long, but they give you a pager, and wolfchase galleria is right behind them! two thumbs up!

The best food and atmosphere!. There is nothing like this locally where I live. The atmosphere is very social. Whether it's sitting on the patio for appetizers or watching the bartenders, everything is facsinating! The food is authentic Caribbean fare. Great spices and great drinks. Only place to go if in the area. But don't come extremely hungry...wait time is about 2 hours.

refreshingly differant. Stopped there when traveling home to St. Louis from Mississippi. It was a very nice experience. Brook was a very good waitress. The food was great. Made me think I was back in Jamaica. I'm glad there's going to be one here in St. Louis.
