THE BEST PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES. Everyone is kind,caring,loving,dedicated,and thoughtful with the babies.If your looking for a drive thru vet try Pet Vaxs.They are fast,snobby and don't care one way or the other.I rather take my babies to where they are treated equal,Just as I would want for my kids and grandkids.The wait is no problem,the smell is no problem.It takes time when you are devoted and provide the best of care.My heart goes out to all the staff.Thanks for all you do.Keep up the great work !

Not impressed. I have worked at an animal hospital before, and was not impressed with the clinic, the staff, or the doctor. I showed up for a 10:30 appointment made 10 days in advance, however, sat in the waiting room for forty-five minutes. During this waiting period, I heard staff members in the back using profane language that could be heard all the way in the lobby. The receptionist was not friendly, but no major complaints. I cannot speak for the rest of the clinic, but the waiting room was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in at least a week. There was urine on the scale by the front door. The exam room was a mess. The tech showed me in and there were still syringes on the table, and it had not been wiped off. The doctor got an attitude when I asked her questions so I finally just gave up. I was not impressed, and will not be returning. I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone.

Most caring animal hospital in town. I have been using Northgate Animal Hospital for over 18 years. Everyone of my animals have received the highest quality of care. Dr. Gullett is a top notch vet and cares as much about my babies as I do. I have never received poor service and my animals have never gotten sick after being there. They are very conscientiousness about the condition of the pets that are brought into their facility. Anyone who has had that bad of an experience at Northgate must have come in on a bad day (we all have them). By the way, all animal hospitals stink. It is the nature of the business.

Awful stinky. I would never ever go back to this place. It smells when you walk through the door and the floors are dirty. You can hear dogs screaming in pain in the back and noonne cares. I waited almost 5 whole hours to let the doctor see my dog, who had his leg hitt by a car by accident. The doctor took forever and when she did come out you could see through her shirt. It was so unprofessional. She was very rude. My dog died the next day. That place should be shut down.

Very slow. I was very unhappy with the service. I do not like having to wait all day for a shot and returning to a mad receptionist/

Northgate Animal Hospital. I have been using this vet for several years and it's the most wonderful place I have ever found. I accidentally ran over my sons kitten and had to rush him for treatment and was taken right in. The kitty was having problems breathing and going into seizures and this team went above and beyond in their treatment. The Dr. took him to the hospital 2 nights in a row, because he needed constant help and oxygen, and brought him back to her hospital each morning. My son, 10 years old at the time, was allowed to come visit his pet each night. She made sure that our kitty was in excellent health before she sent him home. I also use this facility to board my animals and they are treated like we would treat them at home. I would recommend this vet to anyone for any reason. She is caring, knowledgable, understanding and loving. I will continue to use her as long as she has her operation active.
