DO NOT LIVE IN FAIRFAX MANOR! EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! I lived there for a couple months and got my home robbed. Little did I know this was a regular occurance on the property! The police did nothing and nor did management, but I moved out immediately. The residents are nasty as well (not to mention the inside of the complex is outdated ... from the 1970's). The train-tracks are next to the complex and will keep you up all night despite what management says.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: dangerous area/ horrible residents/ tons of train-track noise 24/7
