horrible and unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I lived here for 2 years and I am still dealing with the unprofessional and incompetent staff. I moved out 3 months before my lease was up because I got engaged and started school. I was told in the business office the day I turned in my keys that if the leasing office found someone to live in the apartment, I would be out of my lease. I went by the complex at least once a month, and for some reason they could never get the information in the computer that I had even moved out. The leasing manager had told me I would not have to pay after October, but I was told by the business office that he did not have the authority to tell me that. How was I supposed to know that? They also added utilities for December's rent without any notification, which is more than I ever paid MLGW. It has been a nightmare dealing with both the business office and the leasing office, and I would never recommend them to anyone. This doesn't even include all the crime that it is in the complex, I wish I had never heard of the complex at all.

Unfriendly and unprofessional office staff as well as maintenance crew. If you are looking for a nice place to live keep on looking; because you won't find it at Madison at Cypress Lakes, AKA (WATERGROVE). People are getting sexually asaulted and robbed. I called maintenance everyday for 2 weeks to fix my air. It is still out of service. The apartments are filled with section 8 and welfare recipients. I hate that I moved over there. If you are stupid enough to move over to the Watergrove; don't get out of the car by yourself someone will probably be watching and push you inside of your apartment. Single ladies and single parents:PLEASE PROTECT YOUR BABIES FROM THE WATERGROVE. EVERYTHING THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. I KNOW THAT YOU WATCH THE NEWS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON IT. CALL THE MPD AND ASK THEM ABOUT THE WATERGROVE OR THE MADISON AT CYPRESS LAKES. Also they are double billing this month. They are charging $20 for sewage. We pay MLGW for sewage now they want us to pay them for the same damn thing. You also have to pay for water over at the Watergrove. It is $15 a month. WOW. New management. LEDIC. RUN! RUN! RUN!
