Save your time and go somewhere else. If I could give negative stars, I could. Let me explain: I bought my wife's engagement and wedding bands here just over 3 yrs ago, spending over $3K. I was underwhelmed by the customer service then, but found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

About a week ago, my wife noticed that one of the channel set diamonds in her wedding band had cracked. I called in and was told by the lady who answered that the diamond was covered under warranty and would be replaced.

When I took the rings in - I was going to have them cleaned and rhodium plated as well

Save your time and start here. I wish I started looking for engagement rings here at DBM. I was looking for palladium setting and the largest diamond I could afford. I was immediately comfortable when I walked in and knew that my low budget didn't effect how I was attended to. I ended up getting a palladium setting and a .8 carat diamond totaling over 1 carat of diamonds. The quality of the diamond is great but I don't have the specifics in front of me. I believe it was an SI2 and G in color. My then fiance, now wife, also purchased my wedding band - a Benchmark palladium band. We had looked at other bands for me and this was honestly $600 cheaper and better quality. My wife's ring appraised for well over twice what I paid. The rings had to be ordered and the staff worked overtime to have my wife's ring ready so I could give it to her before the marathon of bridal showers so she could show it off. This is my first time writing a review for a retailer and wish I could do more to let others know to look here before going to the stores that will charge $7,000 for a plain solitaire.
