The Best Steak in Town. The best steak in town. The service was great but the food was better. Try the shrimp cocktail, crab cakes and 14oz filet. It is a little to nice to bring kids and infants. This place is expensive and people do not want to pay alot of money to listen to screaming kids. We left ours at home and so did everybody else. To sum it up - It is a nice relaxing place to enjoy great food.

Not quite there. The food is a bit pricey. It should probably run about ½ of what it does. The butterflied filet was the best we've had at Folk's Folley. The Porterhouse was a bit tougher than one would expect for 30+ $'s. The sauteed mushrooms were clothed in way too much pepper. The fudge browning topped with ice cream was good.

Fantabulous. Very good atmosphere in which to dine and enjoy.

The cuts of meat are beyond expectationsfor taste, tenderness, and were cooked ot perfection.

Folks Folly?!. Folks Folly is not very good at all. When I was a child a loved it but for the last five years the steaks have always come out burnt and the quality of meat doesn't seem near as good as it used to be. Also, it's absurdly expensive.

over priced and over rated. The food is mediocre at best but the price commands a huge premium. You will have a far superior experience at ruth Chris or even the butcher block.

I don't desire to go here even if on expense account. Its just not worth the effort.

elastic-pants-worthy. Crabmeat appetizer with hollandaise - wonderful. Wine list great. Steaks hot, buttery, sizzling, juicy. Great.

not that great. I don't think Folk's Folly is the best steak house. I had much better at Buckley's. Plus, Folk's Folly is VERY expensive, and Buckley's, which I think is better, is only about 11 dollars for an 8 oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes

Scrumcilicious. The #1 restaurant to visit when you are in Memphis. When you are in town, if you only have time to go to one restaurant, this is the place to go. The best steaks I have ever had. Great, courteous service and the DEEP FRIED PICKLES are to die for. If you have never had them, you must try them. They will become your new favorite appetizer.
