Service Doesn't Match Selection. While they have a nice selection of clothing, makeup and other items, their customer service is in extreme need of a makeover. Sales staff is often rude and do not make you feel like a welcomed customer. It's almost as if at times it's a bother for them to offer assistance. They seem to forget that a great customer experience is not just offering top level merchandise, but service to match.

Joseph, Highest-end Boutique in & around Memphis area. Voted best boutique in US-by Harpers Bazzar.Cosmetic counter is esqusite, offering the top lines Very impressed w/Bobbi Brwn Artist,Marti Arnold. I am an avid shopper of Joseph. I have been recently introduced to National Make Up artist, Marti Arnold. She is always helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgable in regards to all cosmetic lines. I encourage everyone to experience or re-experience joseph. It seems with the newer faces a breathe of fresh air has circulated throughout the boutique. I also just learned that their make-up artists do outsourcing to customer and customer event locations. What a wonderful service.....JAR
