The Food
The ribs are what keep people coming back. A combination of factors gives these ribs their fabulous taste and tender texture. Pork spare ribs are slow-cooked over hardwood charcoal and hickory chips then basted with a variety of "secret" sauces. The results are juicy, tender ribs with a subtle smoky flavor. Side items match the quality of the ribs. There are several options, but the thick, smoky barbecue beans (either sweet or spicy) and the chunky potato salad are perfect compliments.
