Raw. Just bad, had a large cheese delivered. The cheese had not completely cooked. The crust was almost raw. We finished baking it,but it was not good. Should have complained, but it was a late stormy Friday evening. This was our first and last time ordering here. I would understand if the pizza was not perfection. It was just bad.

BBQ Pizza is greatest!. I was born and raised in the Memphis area but moved away over 20 yrs ago. I have yet to find a pizza anywhere that tops Garibaldi's BQ pizza! The thing just about melts in your mouth. Everytime I go back, it is a must stop. Sometimes it is my first stop!

I miss them so much!!!. I moved to L.A. 10 years ago, and haven't been able to find a pizza here I can stomach. I so miss this pizza, especially the BBQ Chicken one. California Pizza Kitchen out here claims to have the best BBQ chicken pizza, but they could learn a lot from the guys at Garibaldi's.

Love garibaldis!!!. Im a student at U of M and Im at Garibaldis all the time. Not only do they have great pizza, salads, and pastas, they have an incredible jukebox as well. The employes are friendly, fun, and full of energy!

Great!. I practically grew up on Garibaldi's pizza. Like others have mentioned, it's not gourmet-it's just really great pizza. The crust is excellent and they have the best BBQ pizza I've ever tasted. Also, try the Versuvian steak sandwich. It's kind of like a hamburger but with a twist. The only complaint is that the buffet can run out pretty quickly so you have to wait from time to time. However, at $4.99 you can't complain too much.

A frenetic kitchen, fast service and bountiful buffet keep this college hot spot cooking.. The Scene
Once you find it, tucked at the end of a strip mall parking lot, the first thing you notice about Garibaldi's is energy. A bustling, chattering staff cranks out piping-hot pies from the large, visible kitchen. The walls are spattered with University of Memphis memorabilia. Young families and groups of pitcher-pounding students fill the tables and booths in two spacious rooms.

The Food
Garibaldi's has inexpensive thin- and pan-crust pizza, various pastas, salads and subs. This is pizza built for students: greasy and made to fill. The crust is soft and chewy, the sauce tangy, and all the ingredients are fresh. Pastas are passable; both spaghetti and fettuccini Alfredo are watery and bland, but a large, warm loaf of garlic bread accompanies all entree orders. Crisp iceberg lettuce and fresh tomatoes make the salads very pleasing.

Depends on the night. The pizza here is usually very good. Some nights they have an off night and it is not so good. They are not as consistent as they need to be. When it is good, it is very good. No gormet here, just good pizza.

"Best Barbeque Pizza". This is a great family owned pizza delivery and catering service. Check them out there barbeque is great.

Mmmmm, Salami!. Great pizza, they use salami. not too many pizza places do.
