The Scene
Widely regarded as the best authentic blues bar and dance hall in Memphis, Buffalo Bill's is a local gem. It's a mom-and-pop kind of operation, so service is warm and friendly. On the weekends, cold beer flows into the wee hours of the morning and the smoky bar fills with a down-home blues vibe. On most weekend nights, Wild Bill's hosts a bona fide local musical treasure, the Hollywood All-Stars. Weeknights are a bit calmer, with regular, neighborhood types hanging out until the doors close. Leave your inhibitions at the door and chances are you'll feel right at home.
