An amazing experience!

I just got my first tattoo. It is very small and simple. But after my experience at Ramesses, I have a feeling this won't be my last. Shannon and Kevin could not have been sweeter or more professional. The shop is immaculate and the atmospere is relaxed. I got my ink in a rather intimate area and Shannon made me feel totally at easy. This is the best gift I have even given myself!!! For anyone considering a custom, original and perfect tat, these guys are worth any wait!!!!!

Long wait for good ink

Kevin and Shannon are good artist and do a nice job with their work. They work directly with me on my design and extended a previous piece. The work and top notch BUT the only problem is they are just open 4-10 five days a week, it is just the 2 of them, and are booked up for almost a year! In Sept they were taking appointments for June and July!

I love their work, but no way I'm going to wait that long for another tattoo! I dont even know my own schedule in July 2009!

I wish they would open up during the day like other top national artist! They can do their design/art work on the days off-- but being booked out this far in advance is starting to be a negative.

Good Guys, Great Work, Custom Artists, Long Long Appointment Wait times.

• Cons: Long appointment time to get schedule/ Cost $150 an hr for a years wait!

The Masters

OK-- Ramesses Shadow Tatoo in Memphis TN was a great experience for me. Custom tatto that had awesome 3D effect and wonderful colors that 99% retained. Hands down the best ink job I've had. Kevin is a master free hand and Shannon was doing a cool custom piece as well that I witnessed.

These guys have been in business over a decade and are very nice dudes.

The final result was perfect.

However, the wait is a long time-- 9 month waiting list, so if your in a hurry or aging-it will be a long time.

They only open up at 3:00-10:00pm so really only have time for max 2 clients a day which adds to the backlog of their schedule. If you have time to wait, its worth it.

Will come back for more, if I dont have to wait as long-- 3 months is long enough let along 9 months!

• Cons: Too long a waiting list-9 months, price $150 an hour
