Bad Hair Color Experience

I went in for soft HIGHLIGHTS and my hair was DYED BLACK without warning and now $150 dollars down the drain. I can't get the black dye out of my hair and am not happy and completely confused with the results. Everyone I've seen has told me this is the darkest they've ever seen my hair.. which only frustrates me more.
