Wizard sells chinese glass. Linda is a quack, and the meanest b*tch I have ever met. She sells garbage, and charges excessive amounts for her crap. I have seen her throw things at her employees. She also tell employees to do everything they can to get as much money out of the customers...without being friendly..WTF?

Beware of positive reviews, as they are from her grandson Nate, and the Manager..etc...STAY AWAY>she is being watched and has been reported to the MPD. PS..she is ALWAYS there...in hiding behind the open window across from the register.…

VERY ABUSIVE OWNER. MINUS THE ONE STAR-WAS REQUIRED I went into Wizard's yesterday and could not believe how badly the owner berated and verbally abused her employees. Decided then and there to not buy the gifts that I had gone there to purchase. I imagine she would never dream to talk that ugly to her damn dogs that were roaming the shop.…

Awesome Interesting Unusual Store. This is the Largest & Best Smoke Shop with a great Gift Store. Import cigarrettes & tobacoos are very reasonable. I have visited many times, always friendly staff and great selection of smoking accessories & gift merchandise.

Horrible management. They don't even deserve one star. I bought an ornament for 30 bucks, way overpriced but that was okay. It was a gift and when I went home to wrap it, it was broken, they sold it to me in a box and stupidly I didn't check it before I left the store. I went back the next day only to be told I couldn't exchange or get a refund unless approved by a manager who conveneintly wasn't there for a few days. I ended up buying another ornament. I called the manager when he was back at the store and he was so rude and told me that I would not be getting a refund, credit, nothing. I will not give them anymore business and I will tell all of my friends. Horrible customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and I hope that they close the store.…
