Somewhat dissapointing. I took my best friend to Paulette's for lunch last week and was dissapointed with the restaurant for a couple of reasons. First, the seating for two is so close to other people that there is no way to have a personal conversation. I ordered what I thought might be a healthy alternative wich was Salmon on a bed of spinach. The salmon was tasty but submerged in a thick white cheese sauce and the spinach was fresh....but deep fried. The bottom of the plate was soaked with oil. My girlfriends experience was really not much better. It had been years since I have been there and remember the food being much better. Just my opinion.
