Great Steaks!.
Excellent food! The steaks are awesome and cooked perfectly! The Italian spinach is really tasty. We had a good time.

Nice spot.
Awesome drinks and the food is wonderful! I sat on the "smoking" side (although I'm not a smoker). It wasn't smoky at all, but I loved how dark it was. Try the snapper!

A cozy magnet for martini drinkers and stogie smokers with a sophisticated air.
The Scene:
For a taste of the French Quarter in the heart of Midtown's Overton Square, check out the warm and inviting outdoor patio in front of Side Street Grill. Tucked beneath a leafy canopy of mature trees that line part of the side street known as Florence, the Side Street is one of the most unassuming yet hip night spots in town. Side Street Grill's eclectic kitchen delivers an enticing array of appetizers with a uptown, gourmet flair. Under a moonlit sky, with strands of soft, twinkling lights gleaming from the treetops above, the Side Street Grill takes on an air of sophistication. Never mind that the view is of little more than a parking lot inhabited by patrons of the theaters that help define this district. Relax. This is, after all, Memphis.
Must Have Drinks:
Nutty Martini (Stoli and Frangelico), Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Godiva chocolate liquor, strawberry vodka).

The red room.
Of course Harlon knows how to run a joint and the steaks are great! For a great martini and a steak hit the red room...on wednesday night the steaks are two for one!

Good Smokes, good eats.
I first came here because friends wanted to try one of the "Best Martini's" in Memphis. I am not a Martini drinker, but I enjoyed a very nice cigar, and a great Cuban sandwhich.
