Double charged - use cash!. I got a ride from from the airport a few days before Thanksgiving, and I had to pay with my credit card, because I didn't have enough cash. When I was looking at my account a week later, and it turns out the driver double charged me. I've called the company numerous times to dispute the charge, and have given them my information 3 times including the cab number and the amount I was charged. I am just going to dispute the charge with my card company at this point, but I am disappointed the Metro Cab did not seem to do anything to resolve the situation. Needless to say, I will not be using Metro Cab again.

Good Service. Cab was equipped with state-of-the-art GPS dispatch system. My cab arrived in 7 minutes. Driver was very helpful in taking me around the city. On the way to Memphis I used Yellow Cab but that driver overcharged me by $5. This company's driver was honest and charged me the correct fare. I recommend using Metro when in Memphis.

Worst Cab Company in Memphis. Horrible service and dangerous drivers. My driver struck another car while taking me to my desitation and then drove off. I highly suggest using Yellow Cab when your in Memphis. Also, all the drivers are forein and are probably illegal in this country.

Did not show up!!!. I asked for a cab to come and pick me up from my house the dispatcher said it would take 15 to 30 minutes. I waited for hour and no one showed up causing me to be late for an important meeting. I called the dispatcher back and she said they was trying to send someone out but I just cancelled instead it was too much trouble.
