Find another hotel. I always stay at Radisson when I travel but this one is a no no. I did a reservation via the internet and when I checked I had no say in preference they put us in a smoking room ashtray still had a cig bud in it. The beds are not cozy or something you want to get a good sleep in. A/C was not running quite well.

Ugh!. I'd rather sleep on a bench in the bus station next door. Traveled with a group of coworkers, rooms varied greatly. Most were small and cramped; all had annoying defects of some sort. Asked for a non-smoking room and was greeted with a cigarette butt in my toilet. Ironing board in room would not stand on its own. Furniture with grease stains. Non-functioning TV remote. Shower curtain so long it laid in bottom of tub. Tub faucet handle broke off. Did not receive paper in morning. Exercise room did not open till 7 AM - very inconvenient for business traveler. The list goes on. Breakfast buffet was horrible stale bagels, cold watery eggs, slow service. Front desk staff attitude ranged from indifferent to rude. Much nicer hotels with comparable rates in area.

disappointing. Very disappointing service. Poorly trained front desk staff unable to find reservation. Valet parking attendent brought attempted to bring around wrong car when we were departing. Room on first floor picked up far too much noise from being open to the atrium in the lobby. Rather standard chain quality room.
