I walked into the salon extremely nervous because it had been a year and a half since my last haircut. The first amazing bit of service I had was the receptionist asking me if I wanted something to drink, even though I declined, I found that to be extremely customer friendly. After the amazing shampoo (the scalp massage was great!), I then spoke to my stylist (Dawn) and explained that I wanted something edgy -- and I received that three-fold! She was very professional as well as informative (hair products, etc.) and I could not be more pleased with the service, courtesy, or artistry. I will definately be making another appointment -- and it will be much sooner than a year and a half!

I've used this salon (Margarite is my stylist) for about 2 years now. I've never had a bad experience. Sometimes I go in having an image of what I want in my head. WHen I leave, it may look nothing like the image in my head but it is always BETTER than I could've ever imagined. I've only used Margarite and she is fantastic!! They actively send their stylists to hair shows so their stylists know the latest and greatest hair styles and coloring techniques. I highly recommend Richard and Company Salon.
