Great for Renting too!. Mae Weeks isn't just great for buying, she's an awesome "landlady". We've been renting from her for over a year now and it's been wonderful. If there's ever a problem, she takes care of it and she's just so sweet it's a pleasure to know her.

Best house seller in memphis. So I bought a house from them and I have had no problems at all.For in fact I got the house for under market value then after that I got my closing paid for,new appliances and cash at closing. So I think who ever wrote and say they was trying to get over I think you didnt have any money or good credit which one was it or was it both?

Mae is the best realtor in the business. this is in regards to the negative review above. The appraisal has nothing to do with the realtor, in most situations the buyer or the mortgage company will set up the appraisal. You have more than just the realtor involved in purchacing a home so this person needs to right a review on the appraisal company. As for what they wrote about not getting the ernest money back it was probably used to pay for the appraisal and i realy realy doubt it appraised for 30000 less. Come on so this person is trying to say they where about to pay 30,000 more for a house than what its worth. Why would the realtor try to mess up a sell. It sounds to me like this persons house fell through because he had bad credit and is still living with his parents to this day.

Mea weeks is the best in the business, there is not a nicer and more honest person in the business. I would refer her to anyone buying or selling.

May be good for a seller but NOT for a buyer. Using Christian faith as a business tool is not ethical.. This is my first message. I had to fire her as our real estate agent because she was not a neutral party between me and the seller. There were numerous delays in getting the house appraised. The appraiser was either on vacation or the seller was not ready for the appraisal. When our inspecter inspeced the house and found numerous structural problems we decided not to buy the house. We finally got the appraisal numbers and the house appraised for around 30,000 less than their asking price. We would not buy this house. The mortgage company of course would not allow the loan to go thru. Her first statement to us when we told her we would not be buying the house was "You're not getting your earnest money back!" and then went on about her Cristian ethics and our supposed lack of Christian ethics. I believe we were the victims of a fishing expedition from her and the seller. I believe that they wanted to test the waters to see how much the house could sell for. They must have thought we were suckers and would relinquish our earnest money without a fight. She was wrong.
