DON'T CONSIGN YOUR CLOTHES THERE!!!!!. I made the big mistake of consigning all my name-brand maternity clothing there. They only accept name-brand, by the way. I thought I would make a good amount of money, because they are so pricy on their used clothing and have such high standards. I called to check on my balance 3 months later, and was told that nothing had sold! Which was very hard to believe considering the very nice clothing (hot-mamma maternity, and other very fashionable things) that I had put up. 6 months later, I called again. I was told I only had 2 dollars on the account, and only 2 things on the racks because they had to donate the other things that weren't acceptable due to "stains, holes, non-name brand or what have you". B*LL CR*P!!! I inspected every piece myself!!! I don't know how they run their business by stealing all the profit. Without people like us, they wouldn't be in business to begin with. I KNOW they didn't donate the clothing because when I dropped them off, I had them inspect each piece for approval. I KNOW none of them had stains or holes because I checked each one. They are LIARS. They over-price the clothing and give none of the profit to the actually people that are trying to sell them. Don't expect to get a list of your items, they have no organized system, their store is a mess, and the ladies there are rude.

Overpriced, rude service, disorganized. Thanks to this place I will never recommend any place before I visit. I suggested a friend bring her childs clothes to this store and what a mistake that was. Many of her items were missing soon after she brought them in. When she asked the owner about it the lady became rude. And could not even give a straight answer on what my friend was owed. I went in a short time later and found nothing but overpriced junk. And I could not find anything due to the total disorganization. And when I dared ask a question I was treated like little more than a bother. I recommend you avoid this place and read my other consignment store review.

Great place to shop for the kids and yourself. this store is the best kept secret.....I have bought so many things for my daughter and MYSELF....great name brands..just have 2 go and see so many name brands..
