IGNORED. My wife and I went in today to buy some boots. Most boot stores around here have only standard type cowboy boots. I wanted soemthing different like a Corral or a custom boot. Their selection was pretty sparse in size 10 so I tried to get some help from the gentleman there. He ignored us. We walked to the jean side to try and get the attention of one the 3 other people working there. They ignored us too. Oh well, back to the internet for greater selection and better prices. You'd think these boutique type stores would figure out their on;y advantage over the internet is personal service and then try to provide it.

Damn good boot store!. Coming from a hard-core bootman this is a damn good boot store! I'm always looking for my next pair of boots and I can count on Hewlett & Dunn to have an extensive inventory that includes all the best brands and even some vintage boots. If you don't see what you want they'll even have you a pair of boots custom made for you. While there pick up some tight wrangs or cinch jeans to show off in. There's no need for a cowboy to shop anywhere else.

TERRIBLE. I purchased a pair of cute cowgirl boots in store while visiting out of town. The girl told me it would take 2 weeks MAXIMUM to receive them. It's been a month and still NO BOOTS! I've called the store several times and they "assure me it's normal for them to take this long" and "as soon as they receive the boots they will ship them to me, which will ONLY take ANOTHER 5 days"... REALLY ??? I could have gotten a cow and made my own boots by now.. It's a terrible way to run a business. If I would have know it would take LONGER THAN A MONTH to receive my boots I would have not purchased them. And its not TOO LATE to return them!

- if you're from out of town or have to have the boots ordered in. don't expect them any time soon!
