Tips for Apple Store

Great Intuitive Staff. Just picked up the new iPad on the first day available. I was met within 10 feet of the door by the most helpful 'mindreading' staff person. I was in and out of the door with the perfect iPad in less than 10 minutes. I don't know how much more helpful, knowledgeable or friendly they could be. I'd give 'em more than 5 stars if this was an option. They were well prepared for this rollout and it showed!

Nay sayers have got to be kidding!!!. GREAT STORE!! Whoever wrote the negative reviews must be nuts. These young (and a few old) guys and gals are the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly folks in the world!! I have been going to the Genius Bar, the Project groups, and the One to One classes for at least 8, maybe 10 years, and have not had ONE, NOT ONE bad experience. Maybe it is how YOU act, not them. The only place in which I am more comfortable is in my own home. Get to KNOW them before you knock them!! Patty

Rude Customer Service. I talked with a very friendly helpful apple rep at apple care for over an hour and it was finally determined that my hard drive failed. He gave me the nearest apple store number and said that I needed to call them to set up an appointment to have the hard drive replaced. When I called I got a very unfriendly rude young man, so long story short I decided that I would wait until I was visiting my son in another state in a couple of weeks and take my IMac with me to the apple store there and pay them to replace the hard drive. Love Apple but not the Saddle Creek Apple Store in Germantown, TN.

Customer service? Non existent.... Reps are way more interested with looking at their gadgets then actually listening to you. Then try to steer you in a direction that seems for their own convenience, rather then helping you out. Then, while it's great to electronically set up an appointment to actually buy their product, you wait for ever, while reps are standing around, imersed in their own gadgets. It's unfortunate this is the only apple store near by. Incredibly disappointed.

Great Service, Knowledgeable Staff. I took my laptop to have the charger checked. Seems it always shows 'not charging' although it is, however slowly it may be. The Genius Bar was, once again, excellent in resolving my problem. They were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and just reaffirmed for me that I have made a wise choice in purchasing Apple products.

I will always be a Mac and they will always get my business at the Saddlecreek Apple Store (well as long as I live here).

UNFRIENDLY - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!. Myself, husband and two year old son walked into this store with the full intention of purchasing a new laptop. My son was being his usual busy self and discovered that when he moved his hand on the giant sign hanging in front of the window, it made it move in a wave like manner. . I was standing right next to him as usual while my husband talked to the sales rep, and this big creepy hairy store rep comes out of nowhere looks right at my son and says "HEY YOU! Don't do that!" Just plain ugly with him, like I wasn't even there! He wasn't hurting a thing! And furthermore, there was alot of other stuff he could be messing with other than your stupid sign, he wasn't messing with your dumb laptops or the other junk in your store. So if you get angry at a two year old because he touches a sign, then I need to re-evaluate where I spend my money.

Need-less to say, I am now the proud owner of a new Toshiba.

The large, white retail equivalent of Apple's online catalog is available at major shopping areas nationwide.. In Short
Frosted glass doors, white floors, and minimal hardwood shelving allow a lot of open space for these often-crowded shops. A young, hip staff outfitted in black T-shirts and lanyard nametags help families and students find iBook and iMac computers and software. Teens and 20-somethings can be found checking out the latest iPod MP3 players and accessories before heading home to download music and audio from Apple's iTunes.com to their new toys.
