worst experience in a day spa EVER!!. I have never had such a horrible experience in a Day Spa!

Went into a massage that a 5 year old could have done in a cold tiny room. Then put into a coat closet for lunch with a glass of water and 1/2 of a lousy sandwich. Next to a manicure that lasted 10 minutes(didn't even put a base coat on) then on to the pedicure chair. Sat there 20 minutes until I called someone to please find the girl (same one that did my manicure). The pedicure lasted 10 minutes as well. I tried to tell the peole at the desk when I was leaving how horrible of an experience i had just had an they of course shrugged it off.

I am not a complainer but when you spend 150. for a spa treatment and you leave more stressed than when you got there, someone needs to complain.

BEWARE OF THEIR SPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
