Almost always stay here when I'm in Memphis. Usually a very good experience. This time in particular the room I stayed in had a cigarette-like, smokey smell. Not pleasant.

Once you get beyond the lobby this hotel is very rundown. Definitely not up to Hilton standards. Mold in bathrooms, super thin walls, housekeeping banging carts into walls at 8:00am. Broken doors.
