Completely satisfied. Work done within the time frame given. I have been going there for 2 yes and never had any problem. Even of it tales longer to fox your car they will call you and let you know. Mo complaints.

VERY SLOW! Sloppy service?. I called earlier today to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Hard to beat their coupon prices. My appintment was for 4:00.

I arrived on time and they checked me in quickly. Check-in was completed at 4:04 according to my work order. However, it was exactly 5:33 when they finally went out to pull my car into the garage. All told, I was there for about two hours and ten minutes for an oil change! And an hour and a half of that was just waiting for them to get to me, despite having an appointment. (I was initially told 45-60 minutes total, including wait, by the way).

Also, while I was there, the man patiently and quietly waiting ahead of me was told that they "messed around and cracked [his] windshield" while they were changing his windshield wipers. They knocked the spring-loaded wiper arm down and it smacked and cracked his windshield. It made me very apprehensive of the quality of their service.

I will likely not go back there, and certainly not for anything more complicated than an oil change.
