My husband and I have used LimoExpress many times in the past few months. They have been terrific and very dependable. The drivers were on time and so nice. I would not have used anyone else for all my wedding festivities.

BAD BUSINESS! RESERVED A LIMO AND ON THE EVENT DAY A DIFFERENT LIMO SHOWED UP THAT WAS SMALLER AND CHEAPER YET THE OWNER CHARGED ME MORE AND WOULD NOT COMPENSATE.

I use limo express with any event that I need transportation for. I would highly recommend any of their cars. Everyone is so nice and they have great customer service especially the drivers.

limo express. We had the best experience ever using limo express. We had to make several last minute changes to our plans and Jim could not have been nicer about this. Our group was huge, 54 high school students. The drivers, limos, etc were all top notch. All were right on time for every pick up and drop off. Thanks for a great experience!! We will for sure use you again. I highly recommend this company!!

Best experience. While renting from limo express my husband and I had a great experience and would recommend limo express to others. The selection of different limos was a huge plus for me. The drivers were great and there when needed. I will use them again in the near future.

Use another limo service!. I booked a 16/18 passenger limo for my wedding day to drive around my wedding party. We had 14 adults and I wanted to make sure we had plenty of room. Well, a far from glamorous limo showed up that could barely squeeze 12 of us. The driver said this was a 12/14 passenger. I complained obviously but was so limited on time that we drove around in it (the extra people following in a car behind!!!) and Id call the company after. I made it VERY clear to the driver that this was incorrect and that I would be calling the company. Later when I called, the insisted they sent me a 16 passenger (even after the driver clearly told me it was a 12/14) and the driver had no comments about anything being wrong. We went back and forth for a long time and ultimately they didnt care and I didnt get a cent back. Also, everytime I called when planning I got a different price depending on who I talked to. I finally talked to the guy in charge and thought I had it worked out.. Ultimately... I paid waaaaay too much, got a crappy limo, and we didnt even fit in it!! HORRIBLE!

BADDDDDDDDDDDDD BUSINESS. I booked a limo Jan 2010 for a 16 passenger Limo for prom to take place in April 2010. I was called a couple of weeks before Prom form Jim Hagmaier stating the the Yellow Hummer was in a wreck and would not be available. He only had a 10 seat left. Since I had 16 kids I could not take this. We search for hours to locate another limo since it was so close to the date. After hours of searching we found one. Jim agreed to mail me my $250 refund check, since he is the one that canceled. He has told me several times he has mailed it, was going to mail it, etc. Finally, after all my calls he is getting very angry and screaming and cursing at me. I have the BBB checking into this. He has even told them he was going to mail the check last month and would send them a copy. This still has not happened. I would suggest that you be very careful of his services. I'm not giving up and ready for court if that is what it takes. It is not so much the money, but the way it was handled and the unprofessionalism of the process. I have to rate in order for this to post. I am selecting the one star, but he does not even deserve that.

Limo Express - Memphis. Limo Express service was spectacular. Driver (Terry) was great, prompt and great attention to the needs of my guest. I would recommend Limo Express to all that need service in the Memphis area.
