A. I am very pleased with the service, the quick response to any need, and the cost for quality machines. Connner Townsend is a knowledgeable sales rep and he is perfect at pinpointing all your needs to make sure they are met.

We have 2 copiers that are reliable and continue to run as smoothly as the first day we purchased them. That is why we just acquired our 3rd copier from NovaCopy.

I would highly recommend checking with NovaCopy, as they have made a fan out of me. I promise that is not an easy task.

Nova Copy for Excellent Customer Service. Excellent Customer Service by Goodwill Homes Head Start at Citysearch Our company has just leased a Konica Minolta C280 from Nova Copy. This machine has brought us into the 21st Century. The experience has been great. The salesman, Conner Townsend, was very accommodating and patient with us (and trust me patience was needed). He was easily accessible which made the process much easier. The technical support people are also wonderful. They were very compassionate and understanding while training with the staff that were not technology savvy. I see this being a very long and mutually beneficial relationship.…

Cut our costs nearly in half!. This company came into our business about 4 months ago and WOW what a difference. They significantly cut our costs not only in leasing but also in toner for many of our printer locations. The sales rep was knowledgeable and resourceful, the service department is top notch and VERY responsive. Every question or criticism that we've had has been met and dealt with in such a timely fashion the only thing we have left to say is "WOW".
