I am the owner of Renew Wellness Spa. I am displeased that you did not enjoy your experience at our spa. As this is the first I am seeing of these reviews, let me first apologize for your dissatisfaction. We pride ourselves on upholding the highest level of client care and do not like to hear that someone did not feel they were offered that level of service. As for the claim that our device caused medical injury, I am confident in arguing that is simply not true. This FDA approved device was designed to offer clients modesty and privacy during their service and each room has a beeper to alert the therapist at any time. We are glad to give as much personal attention as needed, but this device does not require constant attention. The insertion is about an inch and in the thousands of colonics we have administered, we have never had any claim that this device caused harm, other than normal discomfort that comes with natural detoxification.

Again, we pride ourselves on providing upscale, high quality holistic care and I am personally displeased you feel you did not recieve that. Please feel free to contact me directly and I will promptly work to resolve these issues appropriately.

Not the best. I was in town on a family visit and needed a little R&R. This was definitely not the place for it. The owner (?) was kinda pushy and rude, the products sucked and I didn't enjoy my treatment very much. Rushed and a little lame. Wouldn't recommend.

Unpleasant Experience. I have recently moved to Memphis and decided to visit Renew for a Colon Hydrotherapy, needing to detox and maintain my health. I am not a stranger to this treatment having had many over the years. This experience was very traumatic and unprofessional. I have as a result of this treatment had to visit the Dr, i have been off work the list continues.

There is no way a new client should be left unattended for such a treatment, so many issues can arise, which can leave the client with long lasting or permanent internal damage.

I cannot recommend this spa.
